I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with over a decade of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's most challenging moments. I am passionate about working with clients during their healing journeys focusing on trauma, grief, and life transitions, using approaches like Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Trust Based Relational Interventions (TBRI), and the Gottman Method.
